Kris Pham brings over 30 years of entertainment industry expertise to Phame Factory. With a background at William Morris Agency, CBS, and E! Entertainment, she has a proven track record of delivering powerful, impactful stories. Kris’s personal connection to projects like A Boat Story—a true survival story from her family’s history—fuels her commitment to authentic, emotionally resonant storytelling.
Eric T. Pham:
Co-Founder, Director, and Visionary Storyteller
Born during the fall of Saigon and shaped by his journey to America, Eric T. Pham has emerged as a pioneering force in modern filmmaking. Over two decades of experience collaborating with visionary directors like Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino (Sin City, Grindhouse), and John Woo (Mission Impossible II) has shaped his unique approach to visual storytelling.
His extensive work at Troublemaker Studios as both story consultant and VFX supervisor established his expertise in blending technology with compelling narratives. From collaborations with Billy Bob Thornton to his award-winning directorial debut "Kat" (2001), which won Showtime Network's Alternative Media Festival Grand Prize, Eric has demonstrated his ability to combine technical innovation with emotional storytelling.
Leading Phame Factory's creative and technical initiatives, Eric drives the integration of emerging technologies in film production, from AI-assisted previsualization to cutting-edge visual effects. Through strategic partnerships and distribution relationships with major Hollywood studios and production companies, he continues to develop content that resonates globally while pushing technical boundaries.
